Alfredo Gil: Customer Support Manager

Alfredo Gil has been engaged in the computing world for over fifteen years, as a repair technician, teacher and support systems manager for hotels and end-users. He is responsible for the management of Gemm's 24/7 On Call Support Center, and is a certified Antlabs Billing Gateway technician.

At Gemm, his work focuses on optimizing the operation of equipment, monitoring operating systems and trouble shooting with on site technicians, and responding to other requests from hotels. He also evaluates new products and services and works directly with our clients to make sure they are having the best user experience.

He holds a degree in Education and is fluent in English as well as his native Spanish. He resides with his wife and two children in Santiago, Dominican Republic.
